Cancellation & No-Show

Standard bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the arrival time without any penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will incur a fee equal to the first night's stay.
"No-shows" (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged the full amount of the first night.
Non-refundable rates are, as the name suggests, non-refundable upon confirmation.
